Event will be held Saturday, August 4th from 9 AM – 12 PM on the courthouse square and Court Street.
Set-up will begin at 7:00a.m. Please stop at the information booth upon arrival for your booth assignment & your exhibitors’ packet; Instructions for unloading and loading will be in the exhibitor packet and vehicles must be out of the exhibit area by 8:30a.m. All booths should be set up by 8:00a.m.
Booth sizes are 10’ x 10’. No exceptions.
Each exhibitor responsible for providing their own tables and chairs. We also encourage exhibitors to bring a tent for your booth to enhance the look of your display as well as protect you from the weather (whether it be a little rain or a lot of sunshine!)
Each exhibitor will be responsible for all cleanup of their booth area and responsible for hauling away any trash from their area.
For exhibitors in need of electricity, please remember to bring your own extension cord(s).
Since there is no fee to participate, we ask that each exhibitor bring a school supplies to distribute to 600 children. If your organization is donating school supplies, please check those items in at the information booth upon arrival.
Exhibitor Booths must remain in place until the event ends at 12 pm. FOR SAFETY OF CHILDREN: NO VEHICLES will be allowed in the closed street area until after 12 pm. This will be enforced by the Greensboro Police Dept.
